Advances in various techniques for isolation and purification of sterols
The present article reviews the various advanced separation techniques like solvent crystallization, supercritical fluid extraction, high-speed counter-current chromatography, and enzymatic process as strategic methods to isolate and purify sterols.
Serum Raman spectroscopy: exploring delineation of oral premalignant disorders
Our study shows the clinical utility of serum RS as a minimally invasive, rapid, and objective approach to obtain a reliable screening/diagnostic modality for oral cancers, in view of high misclassifications among OPMD spectra, further studies with a higher sample size are warranted.
